Why do I always get the blame?!

Who endured 90 minutes of dross at the old dell in the mid nineties, (pouring rain and freezing cold), against west ham? Some left at half time it was that bad. saints succumed to a 2-0 defeat. oooh, Awful!

Now...lets get drunk!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14606581.post-1128680060954149672005-10-07T11:14:00.000+01:002005-10-07T11:14:00.000+01:00I think my first ever visit to the dell was agains...I think my first ever visit to the dell was against QPR, it might have been about 1990? (not entirely sure though). My dad took me and saints won 2-0. I remember Le Tissier netted and i think the other goal came from Steve Wood, there's a blast from the past! My defining memory from the game was Roy Wegerlee missing a penalty by side footing wide.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14606581.post-1128672197985428462005-10-07T09:03:00.000+01:002005-10-07T09:03:00.000+01:00who is playing silly games? my guess its lee putti...who is playing silly games? my guess its lee putting these comments on under different names???Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14606581.post-1128667922374711852005-10-07T07:52:00.000+01:002005-10-07T07:52:00.000+01:00ok ross, lets 'ave it..ok ross, lets 'ave it..Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14606581.post-1128636493497503942005-10-06T23:08:00.000+01:002005-10-06T23:08:00.000+01:00Not related to the original post but we have been ...Not related to the original post but we have been drawn away to Otterbourne in hants cupAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14606581.post-1128603835283615532005-10-06T14:03:00.000+01:002005-10-06T14:03:00.000+01:00you forgot maurice...simple ! play the ball to fee...you forgot maurice...

simple ! play the ball to feet.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14606581.post-1128537044932434902005-10-05T19:30:00.000+01:002005-10-05T19:30:00.000+01:00Good work Mark, very accurate. In response to you...Good work Mark, very accurate.

In response to your other question, i have two first games, i'll explain:

Game One: Steve Mills Fundraiser. Everyone was on show, stars from past and present, for the oldies, Keegan, Shilton, Dennis, Mick Mills, basically anyone who was anyone who formerly worn the red and white. And a team of the day, i believe it was 1988 or 89, so it was Clarke, the Wallaces, Flowers, Le Tissier. Magical, 7-3 i think it was, went with my dad, sat above where the away fans sat, then off to the pub for pop and crisps.

Game Two: Saints verses Spurs, 1989/90 season, family centre with Baker and his dad, got there about mid-day for 3pm ko, but had a great view. Gascoigne jinking run and Cockerill volley, final score 1-1.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14606581.post-1128535172952716102005-10-05T18:59:00.000+01:002005-10-05T18:59:00.000+01:00Nice one Mark...you said it all man!Nice one Mark...you said it all man!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
