WATCH OUT: NEW FROUD ABOUT

The majority of us are racing towards 30, and many of you have long term girlfriends. But, I was still under the impression that you were all firing blanks on and off the pitch. But, finally we have a Dad to be at Burridge. Mr & Mrs Froud - coincidently the only married couple at the club - are expected the pattering of tiny feet. No, Lee Fielder isn't their new lodger, but they're expecting a baby. I'm sure you'll join me in congratulating them.

Editor's note: I would like to congratulate Steve on just the act itself, well done!

rich isnt really 30 guys. its just jay being his usual, hilarious self.

with the world cup fast approaching and englands' provisional squad ready to be announced, a young lad named theo walcott is being tipped to be included in svens list.

surely not....

stu downing, michael carrick, aaron lennon, theo walcott, owen hargreaves, plus unfit michael owen and wayne rooney....

....uh-oh

defoe should be going.

jay should work at jongleurs!

Great to see young Walcott in the squad, He will not disgrace himself if given the chance. The lads quality, who cares about experience, Owen never had it in 98! I feel for Bent and Defoe though, Surely Eriksson is making a slight gamble with Owen and Rooney, but they are his golden boys!

Eriksson can afford to gamble, he just wants to go out in a blaze of glory, lets just hope he doesnt get us knocked out in the first round of qualifying!

i agree ice. i admit, i was dubious when i first saw the squad announced. but now, after time to reflect, i feel he has picked a young, confident, talented group of players.

having owen and crouch up front is by know means a disaster.

sven is confident little mo is going to be 100% fit by the first game, and with our mid-field, which is regarded as one of the best in the world, we're looking pretty damn good again.

can you imagine what it's going to be like, when we unleash walcott and rooney in the later stages of a game? teams wont know what's hit 'em!!

I CAN'T WAIT.....

I'm going to St.Marys on Friday night. Not to meet a woman for the in-out, no. But instead to watch Saints under 18s in the play off final versus Villa. Kick off at 7pm and it's free.
